Training with Meki Images

As well as design, we offer training in the latest versions of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and QuarkXPress. Whether you need a ‘from-scratch’ or ‘top-up’ course we can tailor learning to suit your needs.

The training venue is entirely up to you; train at our office, or in your work place, at a date and time to fit around your work schedule. Sometimes this is the best option, as you’ll be using the same application versions and same machines.

Adobe InDesign

InDesign has taken over from QuarkXpress and is now the standard page layout program. It integrates well with other Adobe programmes such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

Adobe Photoshop

Without doubt, the standard photo editing tool, used by all professionals. And increasingly used by photographers to import and edit photographs.

Adobe Illustrator

Illustrator is a vector-based editor used to convert bitmaps to vectors, design logos and much more. It’s used to optimise graphics for the web, or export to Flash for animation on the internet.

QuarkXPress

QuarkXPress is used by individual designers and large publishing houses, primarily to produce any kind of layout, from flyers to complex page layouts required by magazines, newspapers, catalogs, and similar printed materials.
